Tuscan house with panoramic view with swimmingpool

Situated on a hill in a pristine environment with beautiful panoramic views on the Apennines, this characteristic home (fully equipped) is available to a maximum of 6 people in Tuscany, and lies at a distance of only 40 km of Florence. An ideal location for lovers of nature and culture. From May, a private swimming pool will be built. In the photos you see the impression of the swimming pool, size 5x3x1.10 m. Rental price is incl. for 4 people, the 5th and 6th guest costs ten euros per night. The space The living/dining room (18m²) with wood-burning stove has high windows and a glass door towards the terrace. In the living room there is a small step towards the lower situated kitchen and a step towards the higher situated bedroom next door. The kitchen (14m²) is equipped with a gas burner with four rings, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a kettle. There is also a breakfast corner in the kitchen. One bedroom (20m²) has two single beds a wood-burning stove and a large workspace. There is a glass door towards a walled terrace where the sun sets and starry skies can be enjoyed. The other bedroom (20m²) has a double bed and in the ridge an entresol with a double mattress. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also an extra shower outside, at the side of the house with a beautiful view. Guest access The house is situated in a natural environment / olive orchard and can be reached by way of a paved sand / gravel road for the last few hundred metres. The car can be parked a level lower than the house. Other things to note This detached vacation home was built and restored in the Tuscan style and has been furnished quite cosy. It is idyllically situated on the top of a hill (450 m), which provides an excellent view on the Mugello valley in the woody Tuscan Apennines near Borgo San Lorenzo, 40 km north of Florence.
