Stunning Chalet in the lower Alps - Gerlitze Alpe

An amazing 80 year old wooden Chalet in the lower Alps. Conveniently located close to the boarder to Italy and Slovenia for dinner options. The house is not directly on the slopes. The slopes are within walking distance or a 2-minute drive. Guest access When you approach the house from the street there is enough space to park two cars and unload. When you walk in from the gate you have a grill house to your right followed by a great panoramic view over Villach and the boarder mountains to Italy and Slovenia. The house is in a gated area so if you bring your puppy you can leave him/her outside without worries. You enter the house on the East. Other things to note The house comes with a well equipped kitchen. There is plenty of tea/instant coffee/ herbs for you to use. The tap water is drinkable without any concerns and comes straight from the mountain. You will have enough room in the pantry for food/beverage storage. The living room is equipped by a TV which also has cable function. One bedroom with a double bed can be found on the ground floor. A small bathroom can be found on the ground floor as well. The top floor has 2 big bedrooms with King Size beds and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to the big balcony that goes across the house front.
