New and modern apartment in quiet location

Our modern and clean apartment offers a comfortable base for your trip. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, our apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We're located in the leafy Murrayfield area, just off the main road between the airport (20 minutes) and city centre (15 minutes), very close to Murrayfield Stadium and the Zoo. The city centre can be reached easily by walking or bus. Licence Number EH-68854-F Expires 15 Sept 2025 The space Our one bedroom apartment is newly refurbished to the highest standard offering a modern and clean space to relax. With underfloor heating throughout, we can offer a very warm and comfortable stay. The apartment opens into the lounge area with comfortable sofa and peninsula dining table or desk with USB mains connection beneath. The TV has an Amazon fire stick for watching box sets and movies for nights in. Our compact kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, oven and stove, kettle, toaster, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher and even a separate wine cooler! We also have a Dolce Gusto coffee maker for coffee lovers. There's a double bedroom (UK double size 137cm x 190cm) with a fitted mirrored wardrobe and new wet room style bathroom with walk in double shower cubicle. The apartment is set back from the main road in a quiet residential area. It's a 2 minute walk to the bus stop which will take you to the airport or city centre within 20 minutes. You can walk to the city centre in less than half an hour. There are a few local pubs nearby as well as a supermarket and cafe. Murrayfield stadium is very close by. We're perfect for those looking for a quiet location for leisure or for those working at the airport or RBS / The Gyle areas. We can provide a travel cot and high chair for infants on request, please let us know in advance. **Please note that our neighbours in the courtyard are currently carrying out some refurbishment work and so there will be some construction work during working hours through the week** Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment. Other things to note Please note that our neighbours will be carrying out some construction work over the winter which will mean some noise and disruption from the work including workers coming and going. Unrestricted parking can be found in the surrounding streets for free. We normally park on Abinger Gardens. Be sure to read the signs in the streets. The City of Edinburgh Council have announced a 5% levy on a guest's stay for the first 5 nights of their booking for all stays on or after 24 July 2026. Any bookings made for the 24 July 2026 and after, will include the Visitor Levy at time of booking.
