We are pleased to host you in a separate maisonette on our property. Perfectly located 3 km from the city center of Brantôme, the Venice of Périgord. Come and enjoy the charm and tranquility of this small 45 m3 stone house located in a fully fenced and secure property. Brantôme en Périgord is only 25 km from Périgueux, 60 km from Angoulême and 145 km from Bordeaux. The space The accommodation is located in a beautiful charming property located 3 minutes by car and 45 minutes walk through the woods from downtown Brantôme. All parts of the accommodation can be accessed by guests. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. This accommodation includes: - an equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher... - a living/dining room with a sofa bed, TV, dining area... - a sleeping area with a 160/200 double bed and a wardrobe. - a bathroom with shower - a separate toilet. It also has an outdoor storage box as well as a terrace with garden table. Guest access The entrance to the studio is individual, but the entrance to the property is shared and is via an electric gate. You will have several parking spaces (2 or 3 depending on the size of your vehicles) within the fully fenced property. In case of absence on our part, your arrival will be via a lockbox. Other things to note Towels and bed linen are not provided. We have the option to provide it for an extra fee. Check-in and check-out times to be discussed according to our organization.
