Guest suite in Luxé

Independent studio on the banks of the Charente in a house designed by an artist, 30 minutes from Angoulême. The space Possibilities for outdoor activities (fishing, kayaking, hiking) and access to the swimming pool on the terrace with panoramic views. There is a kayak club in Mansle, a neighboring town. The pool is not heated and is only operated when the outside temperature is warm. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, etc. It also has a bathroom with separate toilet and shower. The Studio has a small bedroom with double bed, dressing room, a living room with dining table and 1 sofa bed. Bath towels and sheets are provided. Coffee, tea, bread for toasting, butter, and jam are provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the studio and 2 terraces with panoramic views. One includes a pool and the other a small garden furniture. Other things to note Direct access to many hiking trails (dolmens, mills etc.)
