Independent studio on the banks of the Charente in a house designed by an artist, 30 minutes from Angoulême. The space Opportunities for outdoor activities (fishing, kayaking, hiking) and access to a swimming pool on a terrace with a panoramic view. There is a kayak club in Mansle, a neighbouring commune. The pool is not heated and is only operated when the outside temperature is high. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge, etc. It also has a bathroom with a separate toilet and shower. The Studio has a small bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room, as well as a living room with a dining table and a sofa bed. Bath towels and linens are provided.
