Functional chalet, "easy to live in". Close to the city center and amenities. Close to the Loire by bike, starting point for many tourist sites (Gien, Guédelon, Sancerre...). Ideal for all types of stays: tourist, professional (proximity to the Belleville & Dampierre nuclear power plants), family... The space - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 X 200 - 1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 beds in 120 X 180 - baby crib free of charge upon request Linens and towels not provided. Possibility of a "household linen package" (sheets provided & beds prepared + towels + dish towels & hand towels): €10/pers. (to be paid on arrival). In order to prepare the Chalet to your liking, please let me know if you choose this option before your arrival. Free for children up to 3 years old. From 4 to 12 years and over, €15 per night. Baby crib (with sleeping bag and fitted sheet) provided at no extra cost (please request in your booking message). Guest access The chalet has a key box. Guests have access to the entire Chalet and garden. Other things to note Covid 19 measures. Given the current health situation and to ensure guests are welcomed in the best possible compliance with safety standards: - Between each stay, the Chalet remains closed for 1 full day, to allow for ventilation and thorough cleaning. - Hydroalcoholic gel is available.
