Modern Lodge in the Heart of West Cork, Skibbereen

New renovated lodge situated approx 1.5 miles from the town of Skibbereen, which has a choice of shops and restaurants. A great location to explore all that West Cork has to offer. Finished to a very high standard including Smart TV with Netflix, work desk and induction hob. Access to garden, patio and fire pit. Kids play den with blackboard and toys. The space The master bedroom has a king sized bed with ample storage in a wardrobe and 3 chests of drawers. Decorated in cool greys and white, its sure to provide a calming retreat during your visit. The second room has 2 single beds, wardrobe and drawers. Due to a slanted ceiling (see pictures) there is restricted walking space for taller adults. A large family bathroom usually over looks a field of cows. We are surrounded by 2 farms so it's quiet but also very private. No one over looks you. Downstairs consists of a large open plan area including a corner sofa, dining table, modern kitchen with utility. A sliding patio door opens onto a private patio with rattan furniture and a fire pit. Sun sets over the patio so it makes for a great evening setting. Under the stair is a private play den for the smallies with a walled blackboard and boxes of toys. Parking is private and secure. Guest access The house is located off a quiet road just 1.5 miles from Skibbereen town. Surrounded by fields, it is quiet and scenic. Bantry is 20 mins drive, Clonakilty 20 mins, Schull 20 mins and Dunmanway 20 mins so this really is a central location of all the exploring you'll want to do. Other things to note The house is on the same site as us so there is a shared entrance. However, the garden around you is completely yours to use and enjoy.
