From here you can reach funfair GARDALAND (20 mts !!!) or the beach. The residence is in the Castelnuovo del Gaerda’s countryside , apple trees and vineyards in a peaceful and silent place. A nice little port allowing to moor your boat with a pretty beach and lakeside are reachable by ten minute walk . With ashort walk of about ten minutes you can reach Peschiera del Garda countryside, where you can found all types of shops, chemist , butcher , bakery , tobacco , restaurants , pizza , banks , post office , grocers , ice cream shop , supermarkets ect. Suggested for couples with children , old people , or young couples searching for Intimacy , since the place is undisturbed all year round. For informations: The apartment, in a new contest built on year 2005, is a second home used almost exclusively for the holidays from my family. It 'just in front of the' entry of Gardaland (you cross the street and you are in front of). The lake is near 600 mts. from the house. The area is well served by transports, from there toward the north (Lazise, Bardolino or Garda) or to the south (Peschiera, Sirmione or Desenzano). You can easily reach daily Verona city, far about 15 km. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and two single beds in the other, and then there 's also a sofa in the living area.The plan is the first and only (ground floor + 1st floor) because the residence, very private and exclusively, is formed by two wings of apartments that embrace the pool, two rows of twelve flats in each wing, of which 6+6 (ground floor, served by a spiral staircase to the first floor).
