The space From the moment you enter, the suite offers a wonderful sensation of spaciousness. A beautiful antechamber that comprises a writing table and 19th century furniture original to the chateau opens to the main Trianon-blue room, a typically French-style area. Vast with an aristocratic air, the decoration flows elegantly from Louis XV. to Louis XVI. style in a way so typical for family chateaux. In all rooms, rounded and stuccoed ceilings enhance the charm of an authentic experience. For those requiring a little more space to prepare for the day or night ahead, the following smaller room connecting the blue bedroom with the bathroom has been converted back to its original 18th century use as a dressing room, complete with a mirrored toilette table. From the sala terrena where the entrance to the suite is located, you have a direct access to the formal French garden parterre followed by a vast English landscaped garden. For a well rounded idea of the suite, you may want to look the photos - they have been taken with all connecting doors open to give you a good illustration of the room disposition within the 140 m² / 1500 sq. ft. floor plan. Please note: • An additional roll-in bed or a cot/crib can be arranged upon request • The guest kitchen is located on the second floor of the chateau and includes a dining area. • Minor reconstruction or maintenance works can be ongoing during your stay (work never stops in grand old houses). It shall however not disturb your guest experience whatsoever.
