It is part of a semi-detached building and is spread over the ground and first floors. On the ground floor there is the living area with direct access to the garden and on the first floor there are the bedrooms with their bathrooms: Room 1 has a double bed; Room 2 has two single beds; Room 3 has a single bed with another standard-sized pull-out bed. Inside, the entire accommodation is carefully furnished and is very well cleaned and maintained. It is equipped with bed, bath, and kitchen linens (tablecloth or placemats and dish towel). Guest access The accommodation is at the guests' complete disposal, as well as the pergola that is on two sides of the house. The garden and pool are shared. Other things to note The condominium pool (15x6x1.5m) is available from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from May to September. Guests must abide by the pool rules and bring a bath towel. For safety reasons, the use of the pool by unaccompanied minors is prohibited. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer that can only be used upon request. LPG gas for heating must be paid separately at €4/cubic meter.
