Beautiful flat, refreshed, on the very top floor of a Victorian House. Super quiet with three bedrooms, one large living room, TV room, bathroom, en suite shower room and all equipped kitchen. We have a large balcony overlooking private gardens with a table. - Kitchen comes with oven, microwave, bean to cup coffee machine (Jura - bean to cup), dish washer, Thermomix TM6, air fryer, pizza oven Ooni. - Quooker system : instant boiling (safety for kids included), sparkling and filtered water The space This top floor apartment has great views on the gardens and surroundings via the French windows and wide balcony. Very, very bright even during winter. The living room cannot be brighter with a new wall and sky window, high ceiling with an L shape sofa and dining table, with a TV room mezzanine upstairs and a futon which sleeps 2 (in addition to the three bedrooms). There is a master bedroom with ensuite shower room with toilets (sleeps 2), bedroom 2 (sleeps 3 with one double bed and one single beds) and bedroom 3 (single bed). One further bathroom with toilets. Several electrical sockets are equipped with USB ports. Dining room, Master bedroom and Bedroom 2 are equipped with French electrical socket (in addition to UK and USB ones). Kitchen: see above. All plates, cutlery, sauce pans, frying pans, etc are provided. You are welcome to tap into our groceries within reason :). Welcome pack: we take pride in welcoming our customers with the basics for your first day: coffee beans and ground, tea bags, home made jam, milk, eggs, bread etc as desired. This is on us ;). We are blessed to have St Peter's church as our neighbour, with a very well maintained garden. Very convenient for a coffee or even a picnic. Guest access Whole top flat, which has its own entrance. This flat is connected to the one below. There is a division between the two flats which can be opened if the two flats are rented. The flat below has its own entrance as well. Other things to note We have a cat, Luna, clean and very low maintenance.
