Sunny house in Vila Seca-Salou

The house is located in the middle of nature 3.5 km from Salou, 4.5 km from La Pineda and 2 km from Port Aventura. It is a quiet place, perfect for relaxing and for walks. You can enjoy both the tranquility of Vila Seca and the proximity of Port Aventura, Salou Tarragona and Reus. Also for tourists who come from further away we are 8 km from Reus International Airport. Here everything invites you to forget about everyday life and recharge your energy. The space The most striking thing about the house is the light that penetrates every corner. The house has two floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen, the dining room, a bedroom (with a 90x190 bed) and a toilet. On the first floor there is a suite (160x200 bed), two bedrooms with a double bed (135x190) and a bedroom with a trundle bed. There are also two bathrooms. Guest access The house has a small garden at the entrance and another larger garden in the back. This garden has a barbecue that is available to guests. For the summer months there are two common pools. I would also like to add that in summer, especially when stays are usually 6 days or more, I will come by every three days or so (depending on the weather) to water the plants in the front and back gardens without disturbing the guests, since the two entrances are independent of the house. Other things to note We have contracted PRIME TV so that guests can enjoy the best movies and series. I would also like to add, especially for stays during the summer period (which are usually a minimum of 6 days), that on Tuesdays and Fridays at around 8:30 a.m., I will come by to water the front and back gardens (the entrances to these gardens are separate). From April 2026, the taxes levied by the Catalonia Tax Agency will increase to €1.65 per person over 16 years of age per day of stay. As a result, I am required to charge travellers this amount upon their arrival at the property.
