Step through the white doorway and enter a charming place where time seems to have stopped, a large house that has maintained the original characteristics of the era, with a large terrace that invites conviviality in which to savor the authentic Salento soul. The space Once through the entrance door, you enter a small private courtyard. From this, you can access a romantic suite housed inside a former stable with mangers, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a large tub with shower. It is equipped with a fan coil unit (hot/cold), TV and Wi-Fi. The first floor is accessed via an ancient Lecce stone staircase. The main floor features high ceilings with star and pavilion vaults and original floors from the period in cocciopesto and cementine. There are three bedrooms: - The "del Mignano" Room with en-suite bathroom, characterized by a romantic period terrace. - The "del Camino" Room, overlooking a terrace with a shading structure. - The "del Corso" Room overlooking the main street of the village. This room is equipped with an anteroom with a bathroom with a large shower. In the living room there is a large sofa, a flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth soundbar. Adjacent is the dining room from which you can access a bathroom and a storage room. The equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, is equipped with an induction cooktop. All rooms are equipped with a fan coil for a total of 8 (hot/cold) and Wi-Fi. From the kitchen you can access a light well that leads, with an external staircase, to the second floor where there is a large and wonderful roof terrace complete with relaxation area, built-in kitchen with barbecue and shower.
