This traditional Ithacan villa provides generous outdoor spaces for dining and simply enjoying the spectacular views of the village, the bay of Kioni and islands beyond. It has been lovingly restored in keeping with its original charm. A small bay for swimming only a 3 minute walk away, two larger bays just 5 - 10 min. Enjoy being close enough to walk into the heart of Kioni for tavernas and good restaurants, but far enough to also enjoy the peacefulness of this picturesque village. The space With three bedrooms, one detached bathroom (accessible via stairs coming off the balcony) , large kitchen/dining area, sitting room and very generous verandah and lower terrace area, this is one of Kioni's most spacious, charming old homes. Our family home is very near to crystal clear swimming bays, close to walking tracks that wind through olive groves and oaks, by cypress trees and vineyards, goats and sheep with brass bells clanging. Please note A/C is only in the kitchen/living area and not in the bedrooms (fans only in bedrooms) Guest access The entire house excluding the cellar and laundry. Parking is extremely tight, not for the faint hearted! We provide beach towels for your use and there are some beach umbrellas, reef shoes and snorkelling equipment previous guests have left (feel free to use) Other things to note Please be aware the bathroom is outside of the house (detached) To access it you exit off the main balcony and go down a flight of stairs.
