Mountain Chalet in Annaberg

The space The house is situated at 1000m above sea-level and is perfectly situated for hiking tours in summer and skiing in winter. The area is very calm and surrounded by a wonderful mountain view. The right place to relax and gain new forces. There are 4 separate bedrooms; one with a bunk bed 2 with a double-bed one with a large couch which can be turned into a double bed as well. 3 of 4 bedrooms as well as the open kitchen and living room are situated on the above floor. There is also a flat-tv screen and a small rest room. In the lower floor you will find a further bedroom, a craft room, a spacious bathroom with 2 lavatories, shower and a wooden stove sauna. Due to the hillside situation the house disposes of 2 terraces on 2 different levels from where you can enjoy the scenic view of the alp panorama. You can start your hiking tours right away or make use of the various sports activities in the area. Guest access The whole house is yours. Mi casa su casa ;-) Other things to note There are local taxes to be paid seperately in the amount of € 1,65 pp/pn. This tax has only to be paid for persons older than 15 years.
