The Court is a workshop where women, who need to build a new story for themselves and their children, can learn the profession of bartender and waitress, supported by an expert trainer. This solidarity and sustainable project offers dishes at the bar from the "Le Formichine" restaurant, which employs women at risk of social exclusion. In addition, the products for sale in the shop are prepared with zero-km raw materials grown by the Formichine in Ortinbosco, located within walking distance of the center of Rovereto. The Court is an example of social integration and sustainability, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
