Manoir Les Touches – Villa Bonnezeaux

Manoir Les Touches is a charming estate located in the heart of the Loire Valley, offering elegant guest rooms in the main manor house as well as three characterful cottages. The whole property can accommodate up to 14 people and features an indoor heated pool, ideal for relaxing throughout the season. The space The Chenin cottage is a charming 70 m² accommodation, designed to offer comfort, privacy and a gentle way of life, in an elegant and calming setting within the Les Touches Manor. It features a bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a convivial dining area, ideal for sharing meals and relaxing moments. The layout has been carefully designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with tasteful decoration and a decidedly cosy spirit. The cottage includes two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and well-being for every occupant. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200). The second bedroom offers a flexible layout, with two single beds (90 x 200) or a double bed (160 x 200), according to your needs. Outside, a private terrace allows you to enjoy the fine weather, whether for a quiet breakfast or an outdoor dinner. Guests also benefit from direct access to the estate’s park and gardens, offering an ideal natural setting to relax and recharge. The Chenin cottage is perfect for a stay with family, friends or two couples looking to combine comfort, independence and charm, in the heart of the Anjou countryside. Cottage stays are offered from Saturday to Saturday during July and August. From September to June, bookings are possible for a minimum stay of two nights, subject to availability. To date, our accommodations are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Guest access Guests have access to a laundry room (with 3 washing machines) an indoor games room, a heated covered shared swimming pool ( available normally from beginning of May to the end of September) and outdoor child's play area. There is also the grounds giving space to relax or children to play. A new spiral garden has been planted in autumn 2017 for our guests wanting to sit amongst the plants in our newly erected kiosk. Other things to note “Taxe de Séjour”; this local tourist tax of 3%/ a maximum of €4.00/night is payable for all guests over 13 years at the end of your stay. Disabled/Carers are exempt. House towels are provided but please bring your own swimming towels. Adequate end of stay cleaning is expected. Minimum stay 2 nights. There are 2 other rental properties on site.
