Private room on the outskirts of town

The apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Constance and can be reached from the center by bus in approx. 10 minutes; the forest and the university are very close. You have a private bedroom/living room on the 2nd floor. The bathroom with toilet and shower is on the same floor and is shared with me. You can have your breakfast in the dining room on the 1st floor. I provide coffee, tea, honey and homemade jam. The space You live quietly and yet are in the center in no time. The bus station is a 5-minute walk, the bakery and a 10-minute walk. You can also walk to the lake and the city or to Mainau Island in 25 minutes. Other things to note You can also make inquiries if the calendar does not show availability. Often I am not on site, but arrival the day before is usually possible.
