The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby. The space The Nook is cleaned and sanitized to meet the Airbnb Covid standards and has a double ensuite bedroom with a wall mounted television, the ensuite has a large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen/living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen. The living area has a sofa bed suitable for young children only and a full size television. We are close to beaches but are not a surf lodge so do no have the facilities these offer. There is a washing line in the garden available for drying wet clothes and towel and surfboards can be stored in the shed which has a lock for security, we do not allow drying and surfboards to be stored in the flat Other things to note We are close to beaches but are not a surf lodge so do no have the facilities these offer.
