Two double bedrooms and one single with private bathroom on first floor of 1980's detached house situated in quiet East Devon village three miles from the coast at Budleigh Salterton. Main bedroom has lovely views over the surrounding countryside and all rooms are light and airy. Exclusive use of spacious lounge. Exmouth with its extensive sandy beach is five miles to the west and the historic city of Exeter is ten miles away. Convenient for Exeter airport and equestrian events at Bicton Arena The space You will have exclusive use of the first floor bedroom(s) and separate bathroom, plus spacious downstairs lounge. Self service continental breakfast is provided in the dining room or, if weather is fine, can be taken outside on the patio with fine views of village, church and surrounding countryside. There are no guest kitchen facilities but you are welcome to use the dining room and/or the patio area for BBQs or eating of takeaways in the evening if you wish. Suitable for individuals, couples, a family or up to 5 adults. Sorry- but no children under 7 as it's a quiet residential area with a high proportion of elderly people. Please enquire about bringing pets During your stay I often work from home so will normally be there when you arrive and around if required. Other things to note Parking is available on driveway. Your booking will give you exclusive use of the three bedrooms which will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrive in accordance with the AirBnB enhanced cleaning policy. The dining/breakfast room and lounge are also available for you to use during your stay. There are no guest kitchen facilities but you are welcome to use the dining room and/or the patio area for BBQs or eating of takeaways in the evening if you wish and I can provide you with crockery and cutlery if you need them. There is an awning and wood burning patio heater in case of inclement weather
