Cozy apartment with mountain views

Welcome to beautiful Allgäu. In our newly built house we offer a cozy place on 30 square meters to spend a nice time in the Allgäu. Our ground-level apartment with private entrance and gravel terrace is set up for two people. From here you have a magnificent mountain view. Parking is available right outside the door. The location is the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities in the Allgäu. The space In the living room/bedroom, there is a kitchen, dining area, sofa and wardrobe. The large cozy bed is 1.80 x 2 m. In addition to the basic equipment, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. The bathroom with window has a shower, toilet, towels and toilet paper. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and the ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Wi-Fi/LAN are available free of charge. The house is located in a very quiet and pleasant new housing estate. Other things to note The municipality of Blaichach charges a spa fee on overnight stays of €3.20 per person/night, which can be paid directly to us on site, e.g. in cash. As a bonus, you get numerous discounts on admissions in the Allgäu. From November 12, 2024, there will be a guest ticket for bus and train, i.e. you can use all buses and trains in the whole region free of charge with the Allgäu Walser Pass, e.g. with the bus to Balderschwang or Oberjoch, by train to Oberstdorf, Kempten or Lindau and much more. The Allgäu Walser Pass is therefore valid as a ticket. Thanks to pre-check-in, you have the option to arrive in Kempten free of charge by train, so you only have to book to Kempten! Early check-in or late check-out is possible after consultation and for a surcharge.
