Harbour view 3 room top floor flat

Top floor flat, suitable for one couple (double bed) or 2 singles (using both bedrooms), with own kitchen and washroom. Very close to sea and harbour: ideal as stopover for walkers on the Ceredigion Coastal Path. Breakfast supplies can be provided if requested. The space The flat is very close to the harbour, seafront and the centre of town. One bedroom has lovely views of the sea and harbour to the south. A cosy self contained inexpensive base from which to explore the area. Guest access The flatlet is the top floor of the house - access is through the main front door of the house, and up the carpetted staircases. We live in the other floors of the house. Because the flatlet is on the top floor it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Other things to note There is free on-street parking on the roads around the house, but no dedicated parking space. On Tuesdays from 9am - 1pm there is a parking ban on Prospect Street ( because of bin collection and street-cleaning) - so please make sure that your car is not parked there! Please use "South Road" for satnav purposes since it gives the easiest driving access to the house.
