Comfy Island Apartment

This one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Šipanska Luka, a village on the island Šipan off the coast of Dubovnik. It is well connected to Dubrovnik with several daily boat lines. The apartment is close to the waterfront on ground level and has a terrace for sitting and drying towels and clothes. It is close to local shops, restaurants, and all the amenities the village has to offer. The space This apartment has a full kitchen (sink, stove, oven, and a full sized refrigerator). One private bedroom with a queen bed that can accommodate two guests. In the common living space there is a couch that turns into a full sized bed. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. There is a TV, kitchen table and chairs, air conditioning and we just upgraded the wifi so there is a strong signal in the apartment and unlimited use! Guest access This apartment is newly built, has its own private entrance, and is located in a quiet area close to local gardens, the village church, and a half minute walk to cafe's, restaurants, and 2 village stores. It's owned by a fishing family in the heart of a beautiful little village. The street has no car access, only foot traffic. There is a parking lot for driving travelers not far away (1 minute walk). The island is conveniently well connected to the mainland with boat lines, car ferries, and private boat taxis. A five minute bus ride will take guests to the other village on the island, where there is much to explore and see.
