Schönes Apartment in Berlin

The space Apartment 2 is furnished for three people. There is a living room as well as a separate bedroom, a modern bathroom and a fitted kitchen. The built-in kitchen has all the items of daily use such as toasters, kettles and dishwashers. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and use of washing machine and dryer are included in the price. The following applies to all hotels, landlords of vacation apartments and individual accommodations: A city tax levied by the state of Berlin (analogous to a visitor's tax) amounts to 7.5% of the overnight accommodation costs and must be collected by the landlord and paid to the state of Berlin. The amount will be shown separately and must be paid in cash upon arrival. If you do not want to miss your daily sports session, there are plenty of opportunities for a running session in the immediate vicinity. You also have the opportunity to visit the outdoor swimming pool at the Insulaner in the neighborhood. Our beautiful apartment is in a quiet location on Canovastraße with very good transport links. Nevertheless, you will be staying in Berlin-Schöneberg in an even more central location. The bus stops in front of the door and takes you to the subway and S-Bahn within a few minutes, even in night traffic. You can easily reach City West and City East without changing trains. Supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Berlin's second largest shopping street, Schloßstraße, can be reached in five minutes. The environmental zone has existed in Berlin since 01/01/2008. Due to the convenient connection to the city highway, however, you can travel by car without a sticker.
