Originally part of the Castle of Parrano estate, whose origins date back to the early Middle Ages, the villa blends history, comfort, and style. Inside, you’ll find family heirlooms and carefully chosen pieces from antique markets, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and Mount Cetona, culminating in unforgettable sunsets. Relax by the large swimming pool (15 x 7 m, depth 1.2–3 m), with loungers, music, Wi-Fi, and a fridge for cool drinks. The villa offers space for up to 12+1 guests, with multiple master bedrooms, cosy living rooms with fireplaces, a pool table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a wood-fired oven and BBQ area await for long convivial evenings. Guest access The entire property is at your exclusive disposal: the 500 sqm villa, the gardens, the panoramic terraces, and the swimming pool area. Guests will also have access to the outdoor wood-fired oven and BBQ, as well as the fully equipped kitchen and multiple living spaces inside the house.
