Villa Parrano has been part of our family for generations. Once part of the estate of the Castle of Parrano, whose origins date back to the Early Middle Ages, the villa combines history, comfort, and style in one of Umbria's most beautiful landscapes. The space Inside, you'll find family heirlooms and pieces carefully chosen from antique markets, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The villa accommodates up to 13 guests across 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with cosy living rooms featuring fireplaces, a full-size billiard table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a large swimming pool (15 x 7 m, depth 1.2–3 m) with sun loungers, music, and a drinks fridge awaits you, along with a wood-fired oven and BBQ perfect for long convivial evenings, and breathtaking views over the valley and Monte Cetona with unforgettable sunsets. For an authentic Italian experience, you can book our private chef, who will prepare pizza, pasta, and local specialities right at the villa. Reliable Wi-Fi covers the entire property, alongside a dedicated high-speed Starlink connection (100 Mb/s) for working, streaming, or staying connected with ease. The village of Parrano, with a pharmacy, grocery store, and essential services, is just a few minutes away. The main entrance is via a paved road with a gate; a second entrance leads directly to the private covered parking via a short unpaved road of about 200 metres.
