It is an old village house , 105 m2, with a large terrace (30m2) and down the terrace, a field on slope, planted by olive trees, pines and wild bushes (800m2). It has an exceptional views. It is situated in the middle of the historical center , in one of the prettiest street of villeneuve. Charm and tranquility. There are 3 bedrooms (2 king size beds and 2 single beds). There is not a private parking, but there is a collective one, video monitored and free, situated at 70 meters from the house. Too, you can park in front of the house, in the street. Internet , WIFI The space The terrace, without " vis a vis " has an exceptional views on the old city, the Fort Saint Andre, Mont Ventoux, les Dentelles de Montmirail. From the bedrooms, you can see le Palais des Papes et la Colline des Mourgues. The fiels, on slope, is planted with olive trees , pines trees and is let free in its natural state. The house, is situated in one of the prettiest street of the historical center, just in front ot the gates of the park of la colline des mourgues, which inspired many painters, among which, the french painter " Corot ". Very nice park for going for a walk, visit the place of the hermit, and admire the wonderful views of avignon and luberon. There is too a space for children activities. The house is quiet, absolutly central, near to shops, restaurants, museums, bus, public library and situated at 2,8 km from avignon. It has 2 levels : Ground floor : Entrance, living (27m2), kitchen dining room, bathroom WC, and terrace, half of it sheltered. The first floor : 3 rooms: 2 with king size bed (160 and 140) and one with 2 single beds, Bathroom WC. Equipments . 2 refrigerators, freezer, electric oven, microwave, hob, dish washer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron ,hair dryer, plancha. Guest access Internet WIFI, TV, Lector DVD, Radio K7, Documents and books about the city and the regions, (what to see, where to go for walks, what is going on around ...where to eat good, where to buy ....) Other things to note There is in villeneuve a good office to inform tourists. During july, festival of teater, the house is rent weekly, the price is lightly higher : 950 euros per week.
