Charming Triumphal Arc Room

Rooms from the Gründerzeit [founders' period] with lots of charm and an interior balcony. From the room you also have a direct view of the Triumphal Arch and the mountains of the Nordkette. Perfect location for a combined city and/or mountain trip. The room is equipped with 2 single beds. Unfortunately, the room door is not lockable, but there is a safe in the room where valuables can be stored. The space The guest room is located in a 220 sqm apartment in a listed house (built in 1873 and according to the travel guide one of the most beautiful houses in Innsbruck). In the apartment there are a total of 5 guest rooms which share 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets as well as the kitchen. There is also a living room with a large table. Guest access The kitchen can be used to prepare small dishes. Coffee and tea are also available. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the other guest rooms. In total there are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets for a total of 5 guest rooms. Check-in is possible with a key box at any time between 3 pm and 9 pm. Check-in after 9 pm is not possible. Luggage storage before arrival/after departure is possible by arrangement and costs 2.50 euros per person per day. During your stay I also live (part-time) in the apartment myself and am usually there a few days a week, the rest of the time I live with my family in South Tyrol. If you have any questions, I am usually available via messenger between 7 am and 9 pm. Other things to note A little more info: 1. Check-in is possible between 3 pm and 9 pm. Luggage drop-off/pick-up before check-in or after check-out is possible by arrangement, but costs 2.50 euros per person per day. 2. Paid parking (15 euros for 24 hours) is available at Maximilianstraße 2b, about a 50-meter walk from my apartment. 3. Please note that there is no coffee machine and no microwave in my apartment. Several bakeries offering breakfast are within a 2-minute walk. 4. Food/breakfast is not included, but I provide some tea and instant coffee. 5. There are 6 rooms in my apartment: your bedroom, 4 other Airbnb guest rooms and a living room. Don't worry, the apartment is very large (over 220 sqm). 6. Your room cannot be locked. There is a safe in the room for your valuables. 7. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator. You will need to carry your luggage upstairs yourself. 8. There is a surveillance camera at the entrance to the apartment. 9. Late check-in (after 9 pm) will be charged 25 euros. Please let me know in advance if you need this.
