Cozy apartment in a quiet location above the village with balcony and views of the Willinger mountains. In less than 10 minutes you can reach the Willingen ski resort by car. Separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 m*2 m) and small wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven and complete kitchen equipment for cooking. Sofa bed in the living room with 1.40*2.00 m lying area. The space Living-dining room with cozy sofa (new 12/2025). Seating area and dining table with four chairs by the window with beautiful views. The lamps on the walls and Peter's own paintings create a homely atmosphere. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door and hallway. Additional sleeping option in the living room (sofa bed with 1.40*2.00 m lying area). Schwalefeld is very quiet but still easily accessible by bus from Willingen train station. By car, it is 7 minutes to Willingen and 35 minutes to Winterberg. Direct access to the MTB trail network from the house. - Access to the apartment is barrier-free (1 step). Shower at ground level. Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player are available, no streaming services. Guest access The property is available for guests only. Other things to note Skywalk Willingen can be reached in a few minutes by car, then on foot. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door (e.g. Upland Steig, Willinger MTB Netz, Trailground Brilon 12 km). Baker with grocery store about 7 minutes' walk in the village up small stairs. Willingen center can be reached in 7 minutes by car (via a beautiful hiking trail it takes about 35 minutes). Cross-country skiing trails in Stryck , about 8 minutes by car. Ettelsberg cable car 5 km (10 minutes by car). Easy access to Diemelsee and the half-timbered town of Korbach. Quaint refreshment options, such as the Graf Stolberg hut. Willingen Schwalefeld stilklimatic spa town and Kneippheilbad. The nearest Kneipp pool can be reached in 20 minutes. Cross-country ski trail in Stryck, about 10 minutes by car.
