We offer on site: a heated swimming pool, a SPA, a petanque court, soccer goals, a swing, a trampoline, river fishing. Take the opportunity to visit the nearby tourist attractions: Brou Bonneval Châteaudun Frazé Discover the Perche: farm visit, hikes, local market, Marcel Festoch, 24h of Le Mans Come and rest in this green setting The space the gite consists of: - on the ground floor: a living room with its kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, hobs, oven and microwave, a laundry room with a washing machine and a toilet - upstairs: 2 bedrooms and one shower room a first with 2 single beds that can be attached one second with a double bed in 140 A crib, changing mat, and chair reducer can be loaned upon request. You will enjoy a private terrace and private parking. You have access to the owners' garden where your children will find: swing petanque court, trampoline and football goals. They will also be able to discover our small chicken coop. The 4 x 9 m heated and covered pool; open on April 4, 2026. Salt treatment. Pool closure on October 15, 2026.
