In the heart of the Lot, the cottage welcomes you in a peaceful setting, just 3 km from Lake Saint-Sernin and 5 km from the charming village of Montcuq. Enjoy the hiking trails, the above-ground pool, and an environment conducive to relaxation. Our discreet presence on site guarantees that we will listen to you and be available. In low season, the hot tub can be offered upon reservation, for 2 nights booked, for €30/hour of relaxation, subject to availability. (October–April) The space House of 73 m2 - 1 to 6 people The cottage consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two adjoining bedrooms on the ground floor, separated by a sliding door, plus a mezzanine bedroom above the living room. A private outdoor equipped terrace is attached. Unlimited WiFi access. Access to swimming pool and outdoor activities. Access to part of the property. So that your vacation starts from the first moment, the beds are made upon your arrival, the towels and provided. The end of stay cleaning is included in the rates of our cottages. The Jacuzzi is private from May to September. Shared from October to April, in another dedicated space And accessible, if 2 nights are booked. Guest access Guests have access to part of the property with gardens and private pools, bordered by a forest. All the houses are self-contained and have their own terrace, as well as a shared above-ground pool. Only people who rent a unit are allowed on the property. Other things to note Check-in and Check-out: We will welcome you between 5pm and 8pm. On the day of departure, it is imperative that you vacate the premises before 10 a.m. Check-out will be at 10 a.m., but you can still enjoy a late check-out (5 p.m.) for 70 euros, upon request, depending on availability.
