San Francisco - Charming loft in Ardèche

Located between Valence and Montélimar, at the foot of the Ardèche hills, this authentic building in local stone overlooks the charming little village of Baix. It offers a splendid view of the banks of the Rhône, where the Viarhona passes and faces the mountains of the Drôme Provençale. Two fully restored houses are nestled in the heart of a terraced garden, enclosed and very quiet. The residence offers several fully independent lofts that can accommodate 1 to 4 people. The space A clever mix of brick, metal and leather and you're immersed in the atmosphere of a New York loft! Located on the first floor of one of the two buildings, you can access the San Francisco loft by climbing a few stairs. It has direct access to the shared garden and the panoramic terrace. It has an area of 37 m2 and consists of: a perfectly equipped kitchen with Tassimo coffee machine, fridge-freezer, oven, glass hob and microwave, a sitting area, a dining area with free WIFI. It has two small bedrooms equipped with a 140 cm double bed and each their own small bathroom toilet with shower. Each room has its own TV. One of the two bedrooms does not have a window, but is still very pleasant. The beds are high (accessed by two steps) because once raised, you will find under the bed, a complete dressing room. Even if the surface of this small pied-à-terre is not very large, the space is very well optimized and you will find all the comforts expected. Guest access You will have access to the garden and panoramic terrace shared with the other guests of the residence. Tables and armchairs will be available for a relaxing time. A room is available on request to store your bicycles. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee, but you will be asked to leave your home clean before you leave. Plan to bring your sheets, bath towels and dish towels. The village is a bit steep and the residence has many stairs that can sometimes be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility. The queen size bed is elevated because a dressing room is located underneath.
