Guest room Epen: hiking and cycling paradise + breakfast

Step out the door and you are in nature (including Krijtlandpad/Dutch Mountain Trail) Also welcome for just 1 night! Epen_Zuid-Limburg_hills_forests_creeks_restaurants within walking distance. Maastricht and Aachen "around the corner" The guest room: lovely double bed + seating + minibar: coffee/tea/wine/regional beer. Private bathroom with toilet/shower. The breakfast basket is ready for you in the morning. The space We like to take care of our guests: in the morning, a breakfast basket is ready for you (quark, energy bar, fruit, juice, fresh coffee) so that you can "get through the day". If there is fruit in/from our garden (cherry-grape-plum), we are happy to share it. In the minibar, red/white wine and special beer from the region are chilled for you. We have a cozy sitting area in your room where you can have breakfast or work in peace. Guest access On the first floor is the Guest Room with adjoining bathroom/toilet. In the front yard, it is good to relax in the afternoon and evening sun. If you have any questions, or if you have forgotten something... you can always enter the kitchen: we are happy to help you. During your stay We respect your privacy and will certainly not impose ourselves. If necessary, we are always available by email/phone... or you can walk into the kitchen... if you want to know what the most beautiful hiking trails are, where you can sit on a terrace or which restaurants are worth it... Other things to note The guest room is located on the first floor. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house. Also welcome for hikers, so for 1 night. Bikes can be stored in the enclosed bicycle shed. In mutual consultation, we will agree on when you can check in, due to our work/other activities.
