Holiday home Kainhofer

Our house is located right in the center of Annaberg, surrounded by a 650 m² shared garden. We warmly welcome all guests from near and far - whether old or young. We are also always very happy to welcome four-legged guests. The coziness and feel-good factor is very important to us. The nearby ski lift of the Dachstein - West ski resort is a 3-minute walk. Shops and restaurants are very close to our apartment The space The garden house convinces above all with its guests with coziness. Especially popular is the large glass covered terrace with large garden, particularly suitable for children and dogs. For warm hours in winter, it offers a pellet stove to spread a pleasant atmosphere in the house. The bathroom has been newly built and furnished. It also offers you a heating towel dryer so that your clothes are quickly dry again, especially in winter. In the upper compartment of the house there is a double bed and 2 single beds, one of which can be pulled out and thus another bed is available. Guest access Our guests are alone in the large garden and can come and go and spread out as much as they like. Other things to note Other activities: in the summer months: summer toboggan run, canoe, rafting, climbing tours, Flying Fox, Canyoning, Mountaineing In winter: next to skiing and cross-country skiing, there are snowshoe hikes, snow tube, skating, biathlon, ice skating, apres ski ;) Ski: Our apartment is a 3-minute walk from the Dachstein West ski region! In the morning, they shoulder their ski and off, with the 4-person chairlift directly from the place to the wonderful 140 km long slopes landscape! You can expect around 40 ski lifts on a daily basis on the perfectly prepared ski slopes. They can also easily reach the surrounding places such as Russbach and Gosau on their skins.
