Historic farmhouse from 1864, centrally located between the Veluwe forests, heaths and sand drifts and the Veluwemeer the lake surrounding the new land of the polders. Enjoy the space, nature, tranquility and old fishing villages, while cities such as Zwolle, Amersfoort and Amsterdam are easily accessible. The house is equipped with every comfort and a large garden is available for the guests. We have room for 1-6 guests. We do serve an extensive and as much as possible organic breakfast. The space The original farmhouse has been split into two parts, our residential part and a guest part. The guest part consists of two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Together with the hall, which has its own front door and the stairs to the top, both apartments form a holiday home. The downstairs apartment is over 35m2 and has a double bed, a sitting area (with a sofa bed when needed) , TV and a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. A private back door gives access to the terrace and the garden. There is underfloor heating throughout the floor. We recently installed air conditioning. The downstairs room has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. The space has been renovated in 2018 and modernized, but the old beams have remained in view. The cozy upper room (24 m2) is located under the thatched roof with two skylights and several windows overlooking the garden. Again, the original details of the farm have remained in view, the beams give this room its very own atmosphere. The upstairs room has a sitting area with TV, a double bed, two single beds and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating. We recently installed air conditioning here too. There is an opportunity to make coffee / tea. Two cots for the little ones are also available if desired. Guest access All space that you have rented is exclusively available to you. There will be no other guests in the house during your stay.
