The quiet apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building on Forstenrieder Park with its own terrace & garden. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa & dining table. Parking is available in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity is the Forstenrieder Park for walking, jogging. The apartment is easily accessible by bus & subway (20 min - Marienplatz). Within walking distance are several restaurants. Ideal for theater & filmmakers. The space The apartment is on the first floor of the house and has its own terrace with access to the garden. The two bedrooms (14/16 sqm) are each equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 or 160 x 200 in the larger room), bedside table, desk and chair as well as storage space and a wardrobe. The eat-in kitchen is complete with all amenities such as dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave, large fridge, kettle, dishes and all necessary kitchen utensils. Of course, there is a bathroom (shower /bathtub separate) with towels and soap. There is an HD TV with HDMI cable available (no cable TV) for connection to your own devices. Other: central heating, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner. An iron can be rented. Guest access Parking is available on the street free of charge.
