We are an organic farmhouse and country house 10 minutes from Rome, immersed in the tranquility of the surrounding countryside and overlooking a beautiful private park and an exclusive bio-pool with a children's area reserved for guests. Pets allowed upon request. The space Each apartment, refined, functional and welcoming, is different from the others, each with a predominant color and a story to tell. The comforts of modern life have been added to the spaces of the past: in fact, all the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi, TV, equipped kitchen, dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, gas oven, microwave, safe, double sofa bed, hairdryer, 5x magnifying mirror, luggage rack. The large windows of the farmhouse, the result of a careful renovation that has kept the exterior appearance of the old farmhouse intact, will allow you a fascinating view of the garden, a sensory journey where you can enjoy the smell of orange blossoms in bloom, the sight of lemon trees, savor the sweet taste of September figs and apricots, listen to the song of birds and the rustle of the wind among the trees. Guest access To brighten your stay, there is a centuries-old oak grove where you can relax while reading a book or sipping a herbal tea. An Art Nouveau-style gazebo will allow you to have romantic chats under the shade of centuries-old trees. In the garden, there is also a stone barbecue for those who want to cook outdoors on summer evenings, under a starry sky to the song of crickets and illuminated by the enchantment of the full moon. A pond fountain, surrounded by flowers, cyclamen and daisies, with goldfish and water lilies, enriches the garden, enhancing its beauty with its varied colors and the play of light created by the sun shining on the water. Sofas, tables with chairs and benches are located throughout the park to allow you to fully enjoy unspoiled nature. A natural terrace in the shape of an amphitheater with more than 400 rose plants, the pride of the park, cared for and pampered directly by the owner, will catch your eye upon your arrival: patented carpet roses, a rainbow of bright colors, pink, coral, red, yellow, white. Descending another terrace of deep green carpeting plants that from April to June give the viewer many small fuchsia flowers. All this frames the splendid scenery below: a bio-pool, designed and created in complete harmony with the surrounding nature. Our eco-sustainable bio-pool has been specially designed without cement, to protect and respect the environment. After a day of exploring the surroundings, treat yourself to a moment of pure relaxation in our bio-pool, which offers a magnificent view of the fields all around, wrapped in the warm light of the sunset. A large and convenient parking, free and private, unattended, is available to our guests. The "Minerva" apartment has also been designed as a space to use as a meeting place, for a large family or for groups of friends who want to book all the apartments of the farm and have a common space where you can organize a dinner in the warmth of the fireplace. On request and for a fee, you can also have midweek cleaning. - LINEN CHANGE: Linen change of the apartments is scheduled once a week.
