Situated beside our small stable yard, with horses often grazing nearby, it offers authentic countryside charm while remaining calm and private. Close to the coast and River Wyre. The lounge provides a comfortable place to unwind, with a large smart TV, DVD player and a selection of films, plus an electric fire for cosy evenings in. Hive-controlled central heating ensures the bungalow warms quickly and remains comfortable throughout the year. The bright double bedroom is welcoming and thoughtfully prepared with fresh bedding. The bathroom includes a full-size shower, towels and complimentary toiletries. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for your stay, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. To the rear, a small enclosed garden with table and chairs offers a lovely spot to sit out and enjoy the peaceful countryside views. A BBQ is available during the summer months. Whether you're visiting the coast, walking local countryside trails, exploring Lancaster or heading to the Lake District, the bungalow provides a quiet and comfortable base. Fast WiFi is available throughout, and private parking is located directly beside the property. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire bungalow and the private parking space directly beside it (please note, there is space for one vehicle only). The well-equipped kitchen includes cooking hobs, convection oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, along with crockery, cutlery and glassware. A small dining table with two chairs is provided, with additional fold-out tables available if needed. A washing machine is also available for guest use. The recently fitted bathroom features a full shower, basin and toilet, with fresh towels supplied. For entertainment, the lounge includes a 40-inch TV with Freeview, a DVD player with surround sound speakers and a selection of films, plus a Nintendo Wii with games. Fast WiFi is available throughout, making it suitable for both streaming and remote working. During warmer months, guests can enjoy the enclosed rear garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ — perfect for relaxing and taking in the peaceful countryside views. Other things to note We kindly ask guests to respect the bungalow and its peaceful rural surroundings, and to be considerate of our neighbours during their stay. Due to the countryside location, a car is essential as public transport is limited. The bungalow is fully self-contained and private, while being located opposite our home, so we’re nearby if needed. A few basic essentials (such as tea, coffee and toiletries) are provided to help you settle in, though you may wish to bring anything specific you prefer. The enclosed rear garden is modest in size — perfect for a morning coffee, a summer BBQ or simply enjoying the countryside views. The bungalow is situated beside our small stable yard, which forms part of its authentic countryside setting. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property.
