Guests can expect a pleasant relaxing interior, a quiet environment and a large terrace sheltered from view by greenery in the summer. The space Sunce Apartment is a separate unit that provides the guest with perfect discretion, and occupies as much as 120 m2 of space with all the associated amenities. It is located within a family house where the owner and his family live. Guest access Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms that are interconnected by doors and which have a 2+1 bed 90*200 for one person (3 beds in total) and a room with a large double bed 180*200 for two people. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas/electric stove, a kettle, enough dishes and the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet, sink, towel holders, central heating radiator. The kitchen, dining room and living room form a common open space. From the living room there is an exit to a large terrace with a table and chairs, where intimacy is guaranteed in a green oasis of peace. Other things to note Sunce Apartment is located only 5-10 minutes of easy walking to the very center of the city (750 m), so guests can go sightseeing and walking. There is a parking lot within the building that is not charged, but is included in the price of renting the apartment.
