You will be staying in a modern, spacious, bright and air-conditioned designer loft. The train station is 150 m from the apartment, Shops, bars and restaurants are at the exit of the accommodation (bakery, newsagent/tobacconist, Café/restaurant de l'Ardèche 30 m away) etc... Bus stop 80 m away, cinemas 5 min walk Theater 100 m away The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, without elevator access, in the city center close to all shops and amenities. It offers you all the services you need for a pleasant stay. You enter the living room with an open American-style kitchen in a living room with a sofa and a TV, Wi-Fi is at your disposal as well as Netflix. The kitchen awaits you fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge with freezer space, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary dishes. In the second room, you can enjoy a master suite, double bed and shower room, towels and bed linen are provided. Guest access The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. It is therefore not suitable for people with limited mobility. Free or paid parking is available at the bottom of the building. Other things to note Apartment rules: • Please remove your shoes inside to preserve the floor. • Please do not roll suitcases on the floor. • Underfloor heating is set between 19 and 22 degrees. • Prohibition of access to the room upstairs: A room upstairs is strictly forbidden from access. It is equipped with a motion detector. Any intrusion will result in a €100 non-compliance fee. For bookings of more than five units, a deposit check of €800 will be requested upon arrival.
