Our luxurious cottage offers our visitors a unique experience of the Hout Bay valley. Light and airy, the room feels spacious, but still gives you that cozy at home feeling. The door opens onto a covered patio overlooking the lush garden and designer pool with a cascading water feature and separate jacuzzi. The breathtaking view up the Hout Bay valley is the perfect spot to take in the majestic mountains and enjoy the ever changing sky as the warm sun sets on another perfectday in the bay The space You have your own parking spot with a private and separate entrance. The room is a large bedsitter with a top quality, extra length, super luxurious queen bed. The linen is 300 thread count Egyptian cotton with 100% down pillows. No expense has been spared to ensure you have the best quality sleep. There is also a built in double cupboard with hanging space and shelving and luxurious toweling gowns and disposable slipper to wear if you’re making use of the jacuzzi. The room has a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and 2 plate stove/oven, iron and ironing board. A small basin with hot water to wash dishes is also available. All cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery are supplied. We also provide a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee pods, milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, instant cappuccino, microwave popcorn, chocolate chip cookies and bran rusks. Fast, free and reliable Wi-Fi access. A fan and heater is also supplied. You will be greeted with a beautiful fresh fruit platter and a mini champagne should you be visiting for a celebration. The room has it's own quaint ensuite bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet and basin. Thick, fluffy bath sheets and hand towels are provided as well as complimentary mini toiletries. Guest access The cottage is located in the garden with a code accessed gate. There is only one step to get to the cottage. There is a lock box for self check-in purposes located by the cottage front door. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool at their own risk. The delightful extra large jacuzzi is for your own private use during your stay. Unwind and lay back on the pool loungers. A large Tradewinds umbrella is also available and pool towels are provided. Other things to note We have four very friendly dogs on our property. They spend most of the day indoors and won’t be a bother should you wish not to interact with them.
