Surrounded by olive trees and aromatic plants, the solarium offers a 6-seater hot tub, deckchairs, shower and parasols for maximum relaxation. The rooms of the B&B are unique: the bright Bacio room is inspired by the famous chocolate of the Perugina company, while the Sagrantino room celebrates a native grape variety of Umbria, with colors and furnishings that recall this theme. The space The villa, renovated in 2019, offers a living space that combines the modern with antique elements, ensuring a brand new and refined environment. The bedroom, an integral part of this space, reflects the unique style of the villa, combining contemporary comfort with historical details. Guest access Guests have access to the garden, living room and breakfast room, offering cozy and relaxing spaces for their stay. During your stay We are always available during the day to accommodate your requests. You can contact us by phone or via messages. During night hours, we are available for emergencies through calls or messages. Other things to note The municipality of Perugia has introduced an accommodation tax for tourists, to be paid at check-out. The tax is €3 per night for each adult, with a reduction to €0.5 per night up to the third night. Children pay from the age of 12.
