Countryside views from this barn conversion, with woodburner, wealth of wildlife on the doorstep. Barn owls and deer in the garden, shopping in Holt and Norwich, beach, swimming pool and North Norfolk Steam railway at Sheringham. Cromer with its famous pier, promenade and sandy beaches. National Trust Felbrigg and Blickling are close by and there are regular seal trips from Morston and Blakeney as well as lots of coastal walking. Dog friendly for up 2 dogs with additional charge. The space This is a quiet rural area amid small country lanes ideal for cycling and walking with large National Trust properties and the beach within 15 mins by car. Views across open fields, with telescope in bedroom for star gazing. We are an agricultural area of glorious countryside with a couple of pubs/restaurants close by. nearest pub is approx 2 miles) but a car is essential to get around. We accept up to 2 well behaved dogs at an additional charge of £30 per dog, per stay. Please note that the garden is not fully fenced. Amenities include a woodburner (we do not provide wood) and you can pick up wood and kindling from nearby local garages and shops. This is a self-catering holiday let, heating and hot water is provided by the shared bio mass boiler. We provide a few basics items like tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Bed Linen and 1 bath towel per guest is provided. Please read details and instructions before you book/arrive and bring what you need with you.
