When you book Magnolia Retreat, you will have this room completely to yourself. The room is small, warm and cozy and feels like a nice place to relax and unwind. This room has a wardrobe and has direct access to the balcony, which you use exclusively during your stay. From here you can look out over the garden, a lovely place to start the day quietly. Towels, soap and extra blankets are provided for your comfort. The space The room is at the rear of the house, while the kitchen, bathroom and my bedroom are at the front. Thanks to this layout, your stay feels wonderfully private and quiet, with all the comforts at your fingertips. From the balcony, you can look out over the garden, where the sun rises slowly in the morning. A nice place to start the day quietly. When the weather permits, you can enjoy a free cup of coffee or tea in the sun here. A little moment for yourself. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. The use of cannabis (weed or hashish) is not allowed. In the home you will run into my cat cat Bundy. He is very sweet and loves attention and hugs. Sometimes my sister's cat is also present. There are two bicycles available that you can borrow free of charge during your stay, ideal for exploring the area. In addition to this room, I also offer an adjacent second room. It is possible to book both rooms together as a studio. I am always available for questions, tips or a nice chat, but I largely live my own life and fully respect your peace and privacy. We can sometimes meet each other in the kitchen, but due to the layout of the house, we both have plenty of room to easily retreat. This way, your stay feels private and relaxed, while help or contact is always close by if you like. The living room and garden are not part of the Airbnb and are private. Other things to note Check-in is easy via a lockbox, making check-in times flexible. The key box is hanging by the front door and on the day of arrival you will receive the code. After check-in, you will receive your own keychain, which allows you to not only open the front door, but also lock both rooms separately. This allows you to move freely and enjoy complete privacy and independence during your stay.
