My place is close to many tourist sites in the Basque Country and Béarn, hiking trails, 5 minutes from St Palais (restaurants, shops...), 1 hour from the beaches and the high mountains. You will enjoy the tranquility, the environment, the magnificent view of the Pyrenees, the comfort, the terrace, the swimming pool, the brightness, the barbecue grill and plancha area. You will be alone on the property, which is entirely dedicated to you (house, park, terrace and pool) and not overlooked. The space Guests love this house for its comfort, its calm, the view of the countryside and the Pyrenees mountain range, its exteriors: the swimming pool (8×4 m)/the terrace (100 m2)/the land (2750 m2), its interior: its large living room, open kitchen, dining room, central fireplace, living room, its three bedrooms, its two bathrooms and its two toilets. Guest access You are alone on the property, and have exclusive access to the house, pool and grounds on which the house is located. The 2750 m2 park is fully fenced and an electric gate allows access. Inside you will find enough space to park your vehicles, either outside (paved parking) or under covered shelters (space for two vehicles). Other things to note The pool is not heated. The house is not air-conditioned. Fans are at your disposal.
