Kilquite Barn is a fabulous Light living space with a private enclosed garden, and hot tub! It’s is set in a quiet rural area, with little noise other than the birds and tractors!! The perfect spot for a rest from the City Fabulous walks locally, peppered with great pubs ,open fires, serving delicious grub! Down stairs are two double rooms (1xdouble bed &1 king OR 2 singles)and a spacious bathroom with shower Underfloor heating down stairsAccess is from the back Well behaved dogs are welcome The space Kilquite Barn is in the most beautiful location, 20 minutes from Plymouth. Perfect for weekends away, somewhere to crash after a party or a base to discover the hidden gems of little known South East Cornwall... it's our secret! It's warm, comfortable with all you need! The Award winning pub The Rod and line just over a mile away, serving fabulous Sunday roasts during the winter and fresh local Fish all year round, the Chilli crab claws are to die for!! There are fantastic dog friendly beaches within 20 minutes. Dartmoor is easy to reach and the south West Costal path down the road. If it's a game of golf you fancy there are 3 Golf courses near by one being the International Resort St Mellion! Plus The Eden Project isn't far away! Or you could just lie in the garden and enjoy the peace and quiet!! Guest access The entire Barn ! Other things to note Kilquite barn has a small kitchenette... which caters for most cooking requirements!! So it’s quite possible to create delicious food easily. We have a fire pit which double up As a bbq too!! KilquiteBarn also has two stables for anyone who wants to bring their horse! The riding here is mainly country lanes .. with some off road. Roads aren’t too busy. Access to moorland is about 20 minutes away. Stables Available for a small fee.
