Stay in a cozy tiny house

Cozy tiny house in a quiet location. The wagon is parked on a spacious gravel area with a natural pond and a chicken coop. In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the countryside or the nearby forest with its secluded stream ravine. Hiking trails start right outside the door. We live in the house next door and are happy to provide tips for excursions if required. The center of Zurich can be reached in 30 minutes by bus and train. Children are welcome. Guest parking is available. The space This charming two-room tiny house impresses with its simple but functional design, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. Facilities & comfort • Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen offers numerous cooking utensils, a glass ceramic stove with two hotplates, a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), a kettle, and a toaster. The water from the public supply is of excellent drinking quality. • Bathroom: The bathroom offers plenty of space for a shower, toilet, and sink. A large 80-liter boiler provides sufficient hot water in the bathroom and kitchen. Particularly convenient: All sanitary facilities are directly connected to the public sewer system. • Storage space: Thanks to the spacious built-in wardrobe, even an extensive wardrobe can be easily stored. Sleeping & outdoor area There is a special highlight for children: a cozy loft bed in the shape of a cabin that invites them to dream. The outdoor area also invites you to linger: directly in front of the caravan, there is a table with seating and a parasol exclusively for our guests. Guest access Arrival & access Access is convenient via the footpath to houses 22 and 24 (behind the building). There are three visitor parking spaces available directly in front of house no. 22. To allow you to arrive at a time that suits you, check-in is possible at any time via a key box – so you can gain access independently even when we are not there. Outdoor area & stay Directly in front of your Tiny House, your own seating area invites you to linger outdoors. Use of the barbecue area is possible by prior arrangement. Other things to note Please note: We do not accept bookings for third parties (indirect bookings). The only exception to this rule is business travelers whose stay is booked and billed directly through their company.
