3-room old building apartment near Schloss and the Spree

Our apartment is located not far from the Spree and Charlottenburg Palace with its beautiful park. It is located in a beautiful old Berlin building, is bright and quiet and ideal for stays with children. The space We are happy to make our apartment available to visitors to Berlin when we are traveling ourselves. Accordingly, it is a privately used apartment in which our private things remain and guests are welcome :) It is a 3-room apartment where guests are on their own. Located on the 3rd floor, it is bright and friendly. The children's room, the living room and the bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen all go from the hallway. The children's room and bedroom are bright and quiet facing the backyard and equipped with darkening blinds. The children's room has a bunk bed for one person. Below is either a 90 or 130 mattress, if needed. It is also equipped with plenty of toys (from a 7-year-old), which can of course be played with. The bedroom has a French bed where two adults can sleep comfortably. A workplace is located next to the office chair in front of the window. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with table, 3 seats and dishwasher, the bathroom with bathtub, shower curtain and washing machine. The living room goes out to the street and from here you have access to the balcony. There is a dining table for 7, a couch and an armchair. An official permit to use this private apartment as a temporary vacation apartment is available, which is documented by the following registration number: 04/Z/RA/009155-19 (This actively contributes to the preservation of living space for Berliners and is NOT misused;) Thank you for your support! Guest access Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. The bus, subway and train stations are within walking distance. Supermarkets, bakeries and cafes, as well as restaurants, are also within walking distance. Please leave the cabinets closed, except for the ones I clear for you.
