The spacious 150 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and develops over two levels, both of which have an independent entrance served by a lift. The living area includes a large living room with a dining area. The kitchen, separate and well-equipped, has a hob, dishwasher, oven and everything necessary to cook independently. Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules (not provided). From the kitchen and living room, you can access a terrace, while from the living area you can reach a private garden. On the first floor, the first part of the night area is developed, consisting of two double rooms and a double room with a bunk bed. The main double room has a complete en-suite bathroom with a shower. Guests also have a second complete bathroom with a bath and shower at their disposal.
