Room for 1-2 people at the Münchner Freiheit

Nice room for two people (currently, it is only possible to sleep on the thick mattress on the floor), kitchen, bathroom, in the immediate vicinity of the Münchner Freiheit subway station (with numerous restaurants & bars) and the English Garden. By U-Bahn (subway), you can reach the center of Munich at Marienplatz in 5 minutes, and you can even get to Oktoberfest quickly without having to change trains. From the room, you have access to the balcony and sun all day long, right through to the evening. The space I am renting out, for a limited period, a room with a mattress on the floor that is comfortable for 2 people to sleep on, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer. As a precaution, I would like to point out that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (without an elevator). This guarantees beautiful sunshine, but of course means a little "exercise program" when lugging suitcases :o) Guest access The kitchen with gas stove, fridge, freezers, etc. and of course the bathroom with the washing machine and dryer can be used at any time. During your stay I am not at home all day, but I can always give tips and assistance with questions about Munich and its surroundings. Other things to note If someone arrives by car, a garage parking space can be rented for 15 euros per day after prior consultation, depending on availability.
