River Road, Littlehampton, Executive Apartment

River Road Executive Apartment has been beautifully refurbished by your Hosts to an excellent and comfortable standard whether you are in Town for Business or Pleasure. This quiet location is 160 yards from the train station with excellent links to Gatwick Airport and some great destinations along the South Coast including Chichester, Goodwood, and Arundel. The Apartment is less than a ten minute walk to Littlehampton Town and a few minutes walk to the River Arun. The space Littlehampton, at the foot of the spectacular South Downs, is all very walkable. You really do not need your car once you arrive! The Town is 220 yards away, the river 50 yards and the beaches 20 minutes walk. If you like walking and exploring, the river and the seaside, come to Littlehampton. There are plenty of OS Maps and Walking Books in the Apartment detailing some great local area / harbour walks / historic woodlands and South Downs towns and villages. Guest access You will have use of the entire apartment and garden during your stay. Other things to note The apartment is a ground floor apartment with one bedroom in the cellar/basement and one on the ground floor. The are steps to gain access into the apartment and also steps on the ground floor and down to the basement bedroom. Tenants (2) are in residence in the apartment upstairs so if you want a much quieter stay overnight, use the basement bedroom. They are very friendly, quiet and respectful. Please make sure you lock the blue front door when you leave and come back in as it's taken a while to train Flat 2 tenants to do it also! We have two Parsons Terriers who stay with us at the Apartment so if you really sensitive to animal hair be forewarned. Having said this, the Apartment is always beautifully cleaned to a really high standard.
